A factory reset is the last resort!
You should only factory reset your hotspot device if you have forgotten your hotspot's WiFi network key (the WiFi password). If you reset your hotspot device, must reconfigure APN networking settings, so you should only complete a factory reset as a last resort.
To reset most hotspot devices, press and hold the reset button, located underneath the hotspot's battery cover, for about 10 seconds.
After resetting, look on the screen of your hotspot's device for the new WiFi network name and password. If your hotspot does not have a digital display, check the user guide that came with your hotspot device to find out what your new password will be.
