If for some reason you aren’t happy with your Karma hotspot, you can return it to us within 15 days for a full refund on the hardware.
Service sales are final. We will not provide any refunds for the data and service purchased.
Before you return, you’ll want to make sure your Karma Go is in perfect condition and scratch-free. The original box isn’t required for a return, but you’ll need to return the charging cable we provided.
A few other things you should note:
- We’re not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us.
- We can only issue refunds back to the original payment method you used.
- Return shipping normally takes 5-7 business days.
- The full refund gets issued after your package is cleared by us. Returns are processed in the order they are received.
